AXA UK has launched this year’s AXA Startup Angel, a nationwide competition run in partnership with the Evening Standard, that offers UK entrepreneurs the chance to turn their business ideas into reality. The two winning entries of the competition will receive £25,000 in startup funding, as well as mentoring advice and business insurance. There are also four runners-up prizes featuring over £18,000 of media, mentoring and exposure. Previous winners include clothing brand Intotum, which designs adaptable clothing for members of the disabled community, and Sistren, an app that helps Black women to create community and friendship with one another. Applicants should register their details and submit a short pitch video by the 2nd June 2024.

Hello, I’m a founder of a EdTech startup and I would like to know more about this competition. Specifically what points should be covered in the pitch video and how long it should be. Please let me know how can I get in touch with the respective team. Thanks, Anu
Are there any sessions to participate in this event? Like net zero meetings
Hi Sudha, Nothing is planned currently for the AXA competition. This competition is running independently of us.
